Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
For 4 Servings:
1-1/3 cups strong brewed coffee 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1-1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1-1/3 cups lowfat milk cinnamon (optional) Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk. Cook until just heated throughout, stirring frequently. Do not boil. Transfer mixture to a blender. Process about 30 seconds or until mixture is thickened and frothy. Serve sprinkled with dash of cinnamon if desired.
