V-EIGHT VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP Makes 6 servings.
1 pound lean ground beef 48 ounces tomato-vegetable juice thingytail Two 16 ounce packages frozen mixed vegetables
Place ground beef in a Dutch oven or slow cooker. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat, and crumble. Add juice thingytail and mixed vegetables. If cooking in a Dutch oven, simmer for 30 minutes. If cooking in a slow cooker, cook 1 hour on High. Reduce heat to Low and simmer 6 to 8 hours
