3/4 cup milk 1 can (6 ounces) orange juice concentrate 1 pint vanilla ice cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately. LIGHTEN IT UP: It's easy to cut calories and fat in this recipe simply by using low-fat milk, and light ice cream or frozen yogurt.
