This is delicious and very easy to make.
Hashbrown Potato Soup
1 large onion, chopped 2 T. butter 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns 1 (14 ½ oz.) can chicken broth 2 c. water 1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of celery soup1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. Half & Half 2 c. grated Velveeta Cheese In a dutch oven, cook onions in butter. Combine hashbrowns, onion, broth and water. Cook until potatoes are done. Add soup and milk, then Velveeta (but don’t boil). Garnish with green onions and bacon.
