Sausage Bean Soup
1 lb. kielbasa sausage 1 onion, chopped 1 (15-16 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes 1 (15-16 oz.) can Cajun or Mexican stewed tomatoes Basil, oregano, garlic salt and bay leaf, to taste 1 (15-16 oz.) can kidney beans 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
Cut sausage into thin slices. In large pan, saute sausage with onion. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 20 minutes. Just before serving, add beans and corn. Heat through.
