Cream of Spinach Soup 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach 3 cubes chicken bouillon 1 1/2 cups water 3 tablespoons margarine 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 3 cups milk ground black pepper to taste salt to taste 1 tablespoon grated onion 1 Combine water, bouillon cubes, and spinach in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook till tender. 2 In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Whisk in milk, and heat through. Season with grated onion, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach mixture. Makes 4 servings
