Creamy Ham Chowder
1 c. thinly sliced onions 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. diced cooked potatoes 2 c. cooked corn, drained, (14 1/2oz. can ) 1 c. diced cooked ham (or can be 1/2 lb. deli ham, chunked) 1 14 1/2oz. can cream of celery soup 2 1/2 c. milk salt and pepper
Cook onion in butter until soft, not brown. Combine with all else, and heat. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
