Makes 4 to 6 servings Ingredients 1 bag (16 ounces) BIRDS EYE® frozen Cauliflower 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup 2-1/2 cups milk or water 1/2 pound ham, cubed 1/3 cup shredded colby cheese (optional) Prep Time 2 minutes Cook Time 10 to 12 minutes Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain. Combine cauliflower, soup, milk and ham in saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top individual servings with cheese.
