Chili
4 lbs. ground chuck 1 - 29 Oz. can Hunts tomato sauce 1 - 29 oz. can kidney beans, undrained 1 - 29 oz. can pinto beans, undrained 1 cup diced onion 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilis, undrained 1/4 cup diced celery 1 - 29 oz. can chopped or diced tomatoes 2 tsp. cumin powder 3 T chili powder 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 tsp. salt 2 c water Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off fat. Using a fork, crumble the beef into pea-sized pieces. In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer over low hear and cook, stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
