3 lbs Cubed Beef Roast 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 cup Onion 5 cloves of Garlic 2 whole Chili Peppers 1 can Chicken Broth 1 can Beef Broth 1 can Tomato Sauce 10 Tbsp Chili Powder (or to your taste!) 2 Tablespoons ground cumin
DIRECTIONS: Saute the meat, onions and garlic in vegetable oil until browned. Add the broths and simmer 1 hour. Add tomato sauce, chili powders and cumin. Simmer at least 1 more hour.
NOTE: Serve with chopped onions and shredded cheese on the side for toppings.
