Ingredients 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef 1 medium sized onion, chopped 4 cans mixed vegetables, undrained 1 16 oz (448 grm). can chopped tomatoes, undrained salt, to taste Preparation Brown ground beef; drain. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes and vegetables; simmer for 45 minutes. Salt to taste.
