Cheesy Cauliflower Soup1 medium head of cauliflower chopped 1 medium onion chopped 1 stalk celery chopped 4 cups chicken stock 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup cheddar cheese - grated Salt & Pepper to taste chopped chives 1 cup of heavy cream Put cauliflower, onion, celery & stock in crock pot, cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Puree the cauliflower and return to crock, add cream, Worcestershire and cheese, add salt and pepper to taste, stir to mix, turn to high and cook thoroughly, garnish with chives
