BURGER STEW 1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp.instant onion ¼ tsp.salt 1/8 tsp.pepper 16 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained 10½ oz. can tomato soup 4 oz. can mushrooms, optional Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add seasonings. Stir in vegetables, tomato soup, and mushrooms. Pour into 1½ quart casserole and bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Serve with biscuits or over mashed potatoes.
