Soup Italiano
from "A Campbell Cookbook Cooking With Soup" circa 1950's
1 can - 11 1/4 oz - condensed green pea soup 1 can - 10 1/2 oz. - condensed tomato soup 1 1/2 soup cans water 2 tbl. Chianti or other dry red wine (optional) 1/8 tsp. Italian herb blend
Blend soups; add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir often. 4 servings. Serve with crackers spread with Mozzarella cheese, sprinkled with oregano and browned under the broiler.
