Cabbage-Cheese Soup
3 1/2-cups milk
(1) 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of potato soup
2-cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1-medium carrot, coarsely shredded (1/2 cup)
1-cup shredded process Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
1/2-tsp caraway seed
1/4-tsp pepper
In saucepan stir milk into soup. Cook and stir till bubbly; stir in cabbage and carrot. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or till cabbage is done. Stir in cheese, caraway, and pepper. Heat and stir till cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
