Ingredients for 8 Servings
5 cans (14.5-oz.) chicken broth 1 1/2 cups Frozen corn 1 can (14.5-oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained 1 pkg (9-oz.) Refrigerated Herb Chicken Tortellini 2 1/2 cups Cooked shredded chicken 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp Sliced green onion
Procedure:
1. COMBINE chicken broth, corn and tomatoes with juice in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. ADD pasta and chicken; reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve with cheese and green onion.
