Corn and Shrimp Bisque 4 cups evaporated milk 2 cups potatoes, diced 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 2 cans cream style corn 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce 2 lb. party shrimp Combine milk, potatoes, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sugar in a large pan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking. Add corn and hot sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in shrimp and cook for 2 minutes more.
